01 · terms of service
effective 12 oct 2026
By using Freeform Systems, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Freeform Systems generates brand identities using your birth data and core belief, powered by AI. Each output is unique to your inputs. We do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome from using the generated brand.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Your brand is digital content, delivered as soon as payment clears. If a technical issue prevents delivery, contact us within 7 days at hello@freeformsystems.ai.
Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that right ends when delivery begins, if you have expressly asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right. You do both when you pay: the keep sheet and the Stripe checkout say so beside the pay button. The Alive subscription can be canceled at any time.
Under the Consumer Defense Code (art. 49) you may withdraw from a purchase made online within 7 days of paying. Email hello@freeformsystems.ai within those 7 days and we will refund what you paid.
Because the content is AI-generated and delivered at once, purchases are non-refundable once the brand has been paid for and delivered, except where the law where you live gives you a right that cannot be waived.
Free (unpurchased) brands are held free for 48 hours after generation. When the free hold ends, the brand is kept for one year: it stays on its link, and appears in the public gallery only if you opted in. Then it is hidden from everyone, and later deleted (Privacy, section 11). Purchased brands do not expire.
Where we say “permanent”, “forever” or “lifetime access”, we mean this: the files you download — your brand book, kit and images — are yours to keep for good, and your brand’s page and downloads stay online for as long as Freeform Systems runs. If we ever close the service, we will email you at least 90 days before it closes, so you can download everything.
Once you buy a brand, we assign to you whatever rights we hold in the brand identity generated for you — name, colors, voice, product concepts and the associated visual assets — to the extent we hold them, and you may use it commercially. Three limits apply:
Your account can hold two kinds of credit. Both are spent only on Freeform Systems, as a discount when you keep a brand, and never take a purchase below $1: at most $46 off Origin Spark and $96 off Origin or Origin Alive. Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or withdrawn.
Each brand bought at Origin or Origin Alive includes 2 gift slots, once: upgrading a brand from Origin to Origin Alive adds none. Origin Spark purchases do not include gift slots. Each gift allows a recipient to generate one free brand. Gift slots expire 7 days after being sent. One gift per link: a gift link is not tied to the email address it was sent to. Whoever claims it first gets the gift, and the link then stops working. Each person can claim one gift.
Freeform Systems is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@freeformsystems.ai.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
